Treatment description:
An ayurvedic assessment and bodywork session with Kameko includes an ayurvedic and Tibetan pulse analysis in which she looks at your current state of health as well as your birth type or dosha (vata, pitta, kapha). Combining this assessment with your needs she creates a personalized-program to help you come into greater health and balance. The program includes nutritional recommendations, self-care techniques, herbs/supplements, yoga asanas, pranayama or meditation techniques that address client’s physical and emotional needs. Using the pulse assessment to guide the bodywork session she then combines traditional ayurvedic techniques, with Swedish and Thai massage, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, and cuppings. The bodywork leaves you deeply relaxed, refreshed and ready to begin your personalized ayurvedic health program. Follow up appointments are encouraged to support your healing process.
Kameko is also available for Western (Swedish, lymph, deep tissue) bodywork sessions. She humbly believes we all have the power to heal ourselves we just need to take the time to slow down, get educated and breathe fully!
