THE PRINCIPLES OF ENLIGHTENED PRACTICE (SOLD OUT)
with Rod Stryker

Friday, November 30 – Sunday, December 2
See below for details
Namaste Grand Lake

The teaching of the Gunas––the three essential attributes of the natural world–– may well be yoga’s most essential teaching on the key to mastering both our inner and outer universe. Join master teacher and founder of ParaYoga, Rod Stryker for this three-day in-depth exploration on the principles and practices on the Gunas. Throughout the weekend, Rod will shed light on how different approaches to practice influence these subtle forces and how we use this knowledge to address our individual needs, unfold our higher potentials and fulfill the potential of our practice. In each session, Rod will lead a deepening practice and share the wisdom of these ancient teachings and their powerful influence on the quality of our life.

All levels of dedicated students welcome for the entire workshop or individual classes.
