Interested in yoga, but unsure where to start?
In this two-hour workshop, we will explore some of the basic postures and breathing techniques that make up the practice of Hatha yoga. Students will leave with a basic understanding of proper alignment and technique, and will be prepared for most beginner and all level classes. There will be time for discussion and experiencing a few different styles of Hatha yoga. No yoga experience necessary, simply bring a willingness to move and play.
