Located at the foot of beautiful Lake Merritt in Oakland, our Grand Lake studio is in the heart of Grand Lake’s historic Lakeshore Ave. Namaste Grand Lake has two studios, a Wellness Center, and a retail boutique.

Public Transit

Accessible by AC Transit lines 7, 17, 51, 59A, and 59B and a 20-minute walk around Lake Merritt from the 19th Street BART station.

Driving Directions

• From Highway 580 east, exit Lakeshore Ave. Turn left on Lakeshore Ave.
• From Highway 580 west, take Lakeshore Ave. exit. Turn right onto Lakeshore Ave.

Parking

One free public lot, a ½ block away. The Trader Joe’s lot has free parking available to Lakeshore shoppers (look for 2-hour spots). Paid parking lot under the freeway. Free and metered street parking also available in the area.
